Emberr.Lab

Privacy policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Emberr.Lab, a service by Emberr Studio based in Medellín, Colombia, is responsible for the personal data collected through emberrlab.com. This policy explains what information we ask for, how we use it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

What we collect

We only ask for the data needed to answer your request and deliver the service:

  • Request form data: name, email, WhatsApp number, business name and type, and your answers about the space or project (space type, budget, urgency, among others).
  • Photos of your space that you choose to upload with your request (optional).
  • Payment data: payments are processed directly by Stripe (USD) or Wompi (COP). We never see or store your card numbers or banking credentials.
  • Technical and usage data: aggregate visit metrics through Vercel Analytics, with no individual profiles.
  • Advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our campaigns. It records your visit and the actions you take on the site (for example, submitting the form) through cookies, and may share your email or phone number with Meta in hashed (encrypted) form to improve measurement.

How we use your data

  • To answer your request and contact you by email or WhatsApp.
  • To prepare the diagnosis, proposal or service you asked for.
  • To confirm payments and send the corresponding receipts.
  • To improve the site using aggregate usage statistics.
  • To measure the results of our advertising campaigns and show you relevant Emberr.Lab ads (remarketing).

We do not sell your data. Advertising data is used only for Emberr.Lab campaigns, never for other companies' advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service, and only what is necessary:

  • Vercel: site hosting and storage of the photos you upload.
  • Google Workspace: internal infrastructure for logging and managing requests.
  • Resend: delivery of email notifications.
  • Stripe and Wompi: payment processing, each under its own privacy policy.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising campaign measurement through the Meta Pixel and its Conversions API. It receives site events and hashed contact data, and processes them under its own privacy policy. You can manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to contact us through that channel.

Security and retention

Information travels encrypted (HTTPS) and access is limited to the team handling your request. We keep data while a commercial relationship exists or while legal or accounting obligations require it, and delete it afterwards.

Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and related regulations, you can access, update, correct and delete your data, and revoke your authorization for its processing.

To exercise these rights, write to laura@emberrlab.com from the email you used in your request. We answer within the terms established by law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the updated version on this page with its update date.
