No. The whole process is in writing: intake via form, communication via WhatsApp, and delivery by email. No calls, no meetings. That's how we keep the speed and price of the service.
Terms and conditions
01 · Project start
The project starts only once full payment of the selected package is confirmed and the required materials from the validation form are received. The delivery clock starts only when both conditions are met.
02 · Project materials
The client has 5 business days to send the requested materials after confirming payment. If the complete materials have not been received after 15 days, the project is paused. No refund applies for client inactivity.
03 · Per-space pricing
Each LAB is defined for the diagnosis and transformation of 1 space. If the project includes more than one space, the price increases according to the published table (1 to 5 spaces). LAB 01: 185 / 250 / 335 / 435 / 535 USD. LAB 02: 300 / 405 / 530 / 670 / 810 USD. LAB 03: 600 / 780 / 960 / 1,140 / 1,320 USD. A space is defined as a delimited area with a specific function within the project. Different views or renders of the same space are not considered additional spaces.
04 · Floor plan or measurements with several spaces
For LAB 03 projects that include more than one space, the client can send a single plan containing all the contracted spaces, or photos of each space's plan separately. Either option is valid, as long as together they cover all the spaces included in the purchase.
05 · Design judgment and subjectivity
Design proposals are built from the information, photos and data provided in the form, and according to the team's professional judgment of the needs identified in the space. Design is subjective: if you have a specific style, color palette or reference in mind, you must state it clearly in the form or via WhatsApp before the project starts. If nothing is specified, it is understood that you accept the design direction and style the team considers most appropriate for the space.
06 · Revision rounds
The revision rounds included in each package apply to the same concept worked on: adjustments to tone, materials or approach of the proposal. They do not cover a change of concept, a different space than the one diagnosed, or additions outside the scope of the contracted package.
07 · Shopping guide
The shopping guide is a reference list to guide your search. It does not include prices, since the final cost of items like paint, custom furniture or plants depends on each supplier or workshop.
08 · Cancellations and refunds
LAB 01 has a partial 50% refund guarantee, applicable within 48 hours after delivery, exclusively in case of non-fulfillment of the promised deliverables. The higher packages are non-refundable once the project has started.
09 · Scope of service
Emberr.Lab delivers diagnoses, visual proposals and concept direction. The service does not include certified technical plans, construction execution, material purchasing or contractor coordination. Those belong to full design projects and are managed independently.
10 · Hours and response times
The team operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Colombia time). The first response after receiving payment and validated materials is given within the following 2 to 4 business hours. Deliverables are sent by email in the format and timeframe indicated in each package.
11 · Confidentiality
Emberr.Lab may use completed projects as portfolio reference, anonymously or with the client's explicit authorization. If the client prefers their project not be published, they must indicate it when contracting.
12 · About the process and the tools
Emberr.Lab uses artificial intelligence tools as support in the production of visual renders. All analysis, design direction, selection of materials and products, and intervention recommendations are developed and validated by design professionals with proven experience in space design. The products and materials referenced in each proposal correspond to real products available in the market. Emberr.Lab does not guarantee availability, prices or delivery times of third-party products.
